DC1000 dialog controller and human machine interface

The new DC1000 series dialog controller is a high performance controller and an operator panel which have fused to become a single device. Also the control and visualisation application have fused to a single software program. The DC1000 is the perfect basis for equipping complete machine series economically. Graduated advert sizes from the economical 5,7-inch monochrome advertisement right up to the brilliant 10,4-inch display with TFT technology: no wish remains unfulfilled. The DC1000 is equipped with the most important hardware interfaces of a powerful controller:
  • Ethernet
  • CAN network
  • USB, serial links
  • I/O bus
  • Onboard adaptation for HMS Profibus card
  • Onboard adaptation for I/O boards


Standard programming tools

As all cell controllers of the Berghof CANtrol series also the Dialog controller is programmed by Windows based programming tools. Depending on your specific requirements, choose IEC 61131-3 compliant PLC programming (Codesys) or the 'C' high-level language interface with direct access to the real-time operating system. We provide the tools to support you at all stages of software development.
