CCpilot XM
– PC-based onboard display computer with a wealth of integrated functions

CCpilot XM is a PC-based onboard display computer. With its powerful Intel Atom CPU and Windows XP or Linux it is an open platform that facilitates easy implementation of controls and other onboard systems.

CAN and Ethernet

CCpilot XM is easily integrated into vehicles CAN and Ethernet network architecture. It supports CANopen, SAE J1939 or proprietary protocols. The Ethernet interface enables easy integration of Ethernet based information systems and a CAN network control system.

Wireless communication

CCpilot XM All-Integrated can also be used as a telematics gateway, with its built-in wireless communication and GPS.

Premium graphical user interfaces

The high-quality display in CCpilot XM together with the powerful kernel facilitates implementation of premium graphical user interfaces. CCpilot XM can run the GUI for the whole vehicle, including engine data, hydraulic controls, electric controls etc.

Acting as video monitor

CCpilot XM can be used as video monitor for connected cameras without using main CPU power. The video images are overlaid on the graphical user interface.

Open software platform

The Win XP or Linux operating system and the software framework make it easy to design graphics, controller and fleet management software, using tools like C/C++/C#, Eclipse, Qt etc. You can easily deploy commercially available software for mapping etc.

Built for harsh environments

CCpilot XM is designed for use in harsh environments. With its robust construction and IP65 enclosure it can withstand extreme temperatures, vibrations and exposure to dust and water.

The robust DIN M12 connectors ensure reliable communication with other system components. The interfaces are well protected against electrical disturbances. Galvanically isolated CAN interfaces are optional.

With its light-weight and slim design CCpilot XM can easily be fitted in a variety of installations, either as tripod or panel mounted.

All together, CCpilot XM is a powerful, open on-board computer that allows easy implementation of advanced systems on a vehicle.
