Valve terminal (manifold) MPA – serial communication for comprehensive diagnostics concepts

Maximized function integration, serial communication for electrical and pneumatic components and a comprehensive diagnostics concept – that’s what the MPA stands for. It provides more valve functions than any other valve terminal while its compact design sets it apart.

The MPA system can be expanded to a maximum number of 64 valve positions and up to 128 valve coils. In addition proportional valves, pressure sensors modules and power separations can be integrated inside the MPA platform. The mix of two valve sizes 10 mm or 20 mm on one terminal allows perfect adaption to the application, thus reaching perfect performance and saving energy.

MPA can be perfectly combined with the CPX-Terminal to one single unit, thus adding all I/O and motion control functionality to build a unique automation platform. See extra product description CPX

Product features include:

  • MPA valves sizes 10 mm (360 l/min) or 20 mm (700 l/min)
  • MPA-S  range features small and compact design
  • Additional range MPA-F with the same valves, but flow rates up to 900 l/min
  • Alternative range MPA-L with even higher modularity and polymer sub-bases
