Ixxat provides a wide range of PC interfaces, which can be operated with Ixxat's analysing tools or the SAE J1939 driver API.

The interfaces are available as passive version or as intelligent version with 8-, 16- or 32-bit micro-controller system on board and can be equipped with up to four high-speed or low-speed CAN interfaces. A galvanic isolation is offered optionally.

The content of delivery includes a simple monitoring tool as well as a powerful CAN driver API for Microsoft Windows (VCI - virtual CAN interface). The universal driver interface allows to change the type of interface without any adaptation of the user application. Drivers for Linux, INtime and RTX are available for selected interfaces.
